My eye test itself was absolutely spot on, however, within the waiting area at the Chichester store, I was unable to send text messages or use my phone in general due to no signal whatsoever. I'm not sure if this is due to the building's age/ design or is something Boots have put in place, but when you're waiting around, especially with young children or even have loved ones/ friends in the area whom you need to stay in touch with, it should be in place. Even free Wifi would be helpful too!

I made an appointment for my son and I to have a routine eye check. When we arrived for the appointment, we were told that there had been an error and we had been booked in for appointments at the same time with different optometrists. Since my son is only 6, this wasn't particularly appropriate. Nevertheless, a few minutes later we were both able to have our appointments together. All the staff were really helpful and the optometrist was lovely, funny and put us both at ease! Luckily we both have good vision so we didn't require any further assistance. I would definitely recommend Boots Opticians!
